واما صحبت های مهدی مقدریان درباره پرونده:

در مورد قطعه پرونده که اخیراً در سایت های مختلف بحث های متفاوتی بوجود آورده ذکر چند نکته را لازم می دانم:

ابتدا در مورد آقای حامد هاکان که تقریباً یک سال است از طرف هوادارانشان مورد لطف و محبت قرار گرفته ام باید عرض کنم که

1.من خود از طرفداران آقای هاکان هستم و با دو آهنگ ایشان زندگی میکنم چطور ممکن است کار ایشان را خوانده باشم!

2.زمانی که کار آقای هاکان پخش شد کار پرونده ی من در حال میکس و مستر بود و حتی در این زمان من با خانم مکرم تماس گرفتم و گفتم اگر واقعاً شما این کار را به ایشان واگذار کرده اید من این کار را نخوانم که خانم مکرم گفتند من این کار را به هیچ کس واگذار نکرده ام و اگر زمانی کاری را واگذار کنم و یا هدیه بدهم ، مطمئناً واگذاری رسمی آن را با دست خط خودم خواهم داد!

3.با توجه به شناختی که همه ی ما از خانم ترانه مکرم چه از لحاظ شخصیتی و چه از لحاظ رفتار و اخلاق اجتماعی داریم بعید به نظر می رسد که این کار غیر حرفه ای را انجام داده باشند و مطمئناً نیاز مالی به این کار ندارند.

و اما در مورد پرونده با صدای حمید عسکری

لازم است بگویم که ایشان آهنگساز این اثر هستند که بر حسب وظیفه آهنگسازی این کار را در استودیو اجرا نمودند ، حال چطور شده بعد از یک سال و دقیقاً زمانی که مجوز آلبوم پرونده مراحل نهایی خود را طی می کرد این کار با صدای ایشان پخش شد برای خود من جای تعجب است. من نه حمید عسکری را مقصر می دانم و نه استودیو را !

در نهایت با وجود تمام رفاقت ها و دوستی ها که سرانجام بوی خیانت گرفت و با وجود تمام سختی ها و نامرادی ها و با وجود تمام اشتباهات کوچک و بزرگ که از خودم سر زد….. آلبوم پرونده بعد از 3 سال مجوز گرفت . امیدوارم پرونده واقعی موسیقی در ایران با رضایت و نیکی به سرانجام برسد . از همه ممنون هستم هم برای خوبی هایشان و هم برای درس هایی که با بدی هایشان به من آموختند.

و اما صحبت های ترانه مکرم شاعر این اثر

متاسفانه طی سال های اخیر شاهد اجرای تعدادی زیادی از ترانه هایم بدون اجازه و هماهنگی با من بودیم ، و حتی بعضی از ترانه هایم به نام اشخاص دیگر در داخل و خارج از کشور منتشر شد که این به دلیل عدم امانت داری دوستان بوده.

دزدی شعر و ملودی در کشور بیداد میکند از مسئولین تقاضا داریم ارگانی را جهت رسیدگی به این طور مسائل در نظر بگیرن تا در آینده شاهد چنین فجایعی در دنیای هنر و موسیقی نباشیم.
